Having previously owned new build properties, we have been very impressed by the standard of workmanship, quality of finish and overall care by RE Pearce.

We purchased our new home as the build was proceeding and reviewed progress at various stages. We met with Morgan Pearce at critical points and were able to choose fixtures and finishes at the appropriate stages to customise our home to our taste. During our visits to the property, we appreciated being able to talk with and address questions to Mark (RE Pearce site Foreman) who clearly took great pride in his team of trades, which also showed great care and enthusiasm in the finish of the property.

We moved into the property on schedule and are very happy with our new home as we settle in. Any initial snags have been quickly dealt with and we feel comfortable that RE Pearce has continued to support us with any issues and questions that we may have. We feel very comfortable in our new home, confident that it has been built to a very high standard of construction and finish. We now have a beautifully finished home that is testament to a high quality family owned builder that is clearly proud to retain its high end product reputation and in our opinion is well deserved.
