We are the happy owners of our brand new R E Pearce Properties Home in West Stour. We first saw the house on the Estate Agents website when it existed as a drawing only. Over the spring and summer of 2021 we were able to see the construction and at the builders invitation we were able to choose a number of finishes for flooring and bathroom tiling etc. We were also able to specify a ‘waterfall’ worktop for the kitchen island (which the builder didn’t offer, but was happy to facilitate)

We moved in mid November, and are making this our new home. The house itself is modern, warm,  with underfloor heating,  draft free and due to the clever air circulation, condensation free. It is quite technologically advanced, but the controls are relatively easy to understand with online videos to help, and hard copies of manufacturers instructions in a folder.

R E Pearce also have an email address for customers, and issues are responded to very quickly, and resolved promptly.

The personal relationship is good, with easy access to the directors, and helpful staff like Mark and Mike.
